We publish an on-time delivery guarantee because we'd rather commit to a real number than write vague marketing copy about "reliability." Here's exactly what it means.
What's covered
If an Express shipment doesn't arrive within its estimated delivery window, we refund 100% of the shipping charge. No claim form, no fine print, no "more than 24 hours late" threshold — the window is the window.
Ground and Freight
These services quote a delivery window, not a same-day guarantee — but if a delay is caused by a failure on our side (a missed handoff, a routing error), it qualifies for a partial credit toward your next shipment.
What isn't covered
Delays from customs holds, an incorrect address supplied at booking, or events outside our control (weather, strikes, disasters) aren't covered — and our support team will tell you plainly which applies rather than leaving you guessing.
How to actually claim it
Contact support with your tracking number once a shipment has missed its window. If it qualifies, the refund is processed directly — no separate claims process to navigate.
Read the full policy on our About page, or get in touch if you have a shipment you think qualifies.
